Switch On have invested in their own in-house service department, offering repairs to a wide range of products including TVs, LCDs, plasma TVs DVD and video recorders, microwave ovens, vacuum cleaners and audio products. As part of Panasonic's digital service network, Switch On are authorised to repair the latest plasma and LCD TVs.
Under this scheme we are able to offer a great service that includes collection, repair/return of all Panasonic plasma and LCDs over 66cmv within most of County Durham. DVD recorders and smaller screens are classed as portable and should be brought into our store. If you did purchase the TV from Switch On then we will supply a loan TV and you will be given priority service.
With all out of warranty repairs a £20 deposit is required, which will come off the final repair. If the product is classed as beyond economical repair or you simply refuse the estimate then you will only receive the £20 back if you purchase another similar product from us.
